MINNEAPOLIS – Jack Link’s is offering a new jerky snack and a new point of sale. Jack’s Signature Batch is a new line of handcrafted small-batch jerky that will be sold at the deli-counter of the Jack Link’s Wild Side Store in downtown Minneapolis.
The product line will start with three flavors including Umami Boom, Spiced Mocha and Craft Cola. The Jack Link’s in-house culinary team developed Jack’s Signature Batch which will feature new flavors every few months.
“Jack’s Signature Batch is the snacking experience our fans have been waiting for,” said TD Dixon, chief marketing officer at Jack Link’s Protein Snacks. “This fresh jerky is made right here using the best cuts of meat and cooked in small batches. Our fans will be able to taste bold and unique flavors you can’t find anywhere else. And with a customized ordering process you can snack in whatever size you need to feed your wild side.”
The Jack’s Signature Batch product launch marks the grand opening of Jack Link’s Innovation Center, a 12,000-sq.-ft. test kitchen and US Dept. of Agriculture-inspected production facility. The center, located on the first floor of the Minneapolis Mayo Clinic Square, offers the public a view of the company’s culinary process.
