Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants are offering a new burger. The Memphis BBQ Thickburger features a charbroiled 100 percent Black angus beef patty, a layer of smoked pulled pork, Memphis barbecue sauce, crispy fried onions and cheese.
The Bourbon BBQ Triple Stack from Arby’s features hickory-smoked brisket, USDA-choice Angus Steak, buttermilk chicken, brown sugar bacon, crispy onion strings, cheddar cheese and a barbecue sauce made with Kentucky bourbon, cider vinegar, tomato paste, brown sugar, yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
