Customers can join Subway MyWay through the Subway App, online at Subway.com or in a Subway restaurant. Under the program, tokens are applied to guest accounts with every purchase. Customers can earn four tokens per dollar spent. A program member receives a $2 reward automatically after spending 200 tokens. Subway said $2.00 rewards can be redeemed on any menu item: sandwiches, salads, cookies and drinks. Customers also will receive bonus token earning opportunities.

The Subway MyWay Rewards will be the largest loyalty program in the quick-service restaurant industry, with an estimated 28,500 restaurants in Canada and the United States participating. The program is part of the Subway Digital strategy to enhance the customers’ experience by integrating the Subway app, remote ordering and in-restaurant kiosks for an omnichannel approach.
