TORONTO – Epic Burgers and Waffles is debuting what’s being called the Krispy Kreme doughnut cheeseburger at this year's Canadian National Exhibition. This burger, which has been making headlines throughout North America for months, will make its debut in Toronto on Aug. 19.

Here’s what’s in the burger. Traditional hamburger buns have been replaced with two original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Then one of Epic's signature lean ground smash-style burger patties is slid between the doughnuts. The burger is topped with American cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, lettuce, an egg and bacon.
