The fully cooked sausages feature organic spices and certified organic pork produced with no growth hormones or antibiotics, according to the company. Product is available in five dinner sausage offerings plus one breakfast sausage offering.
"No antibiotics, synthetic hormones or growth agents are used in the process and the animals are fed to maturity exclusively on GMO-free organic vegetable grain," said Richard Damion, CEO of SnackHealthy. "We believe this is the only mass-produced organic pork sausage manufactured in the USA."
The product initially will be available in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, according to the company. In April 2014, SnackHealthy also plans to offer the product to the trade during the Food & Hotel Asia show in Singapore. The Organic Harvest line will be available to select retailers in the United States early next year.
