FRANKLIN, Tenn. — Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr., subsidiary of CKE Restaurant Holdings Inc., recently unveiled its Bacon Beast lineup 

Three menu options will be available to consumers with the  Bacon Beast burger, the Bacon Beast Burrito and the Bacon Beast Biscuit. 

The Bacon Beast burger starts with a 3.5 oz patty with tomato, lettuce, pickle, yellow onion, mayonnaise, American cheese, and four strips of Applewood-smoked bacon. It is then topped by a special sauce and a seeded bun with the option of added two or three patties. 

Bacon Beast Burrito features four strips of bacon, Hash Rounds, American cheese, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and served with one packet of Picante.

Finally, the Bacon Beast Biscuit uses six half strips of bacon, two slices of American cheese and a folded egg served on a buttermilk biscuit.
