NEW ALBANY, OHIO — Post Holdings Inc. is building out its Bob Evans Farms brand breakfast offerings with new Bob Evans Omelet Rolls and Bob Evans Egg Bites.

Bob Evans Omelet Rolls are made with cage-free eggs, contain 5 to 8 grams of protein and come in three varieties: salt and pepper, cheddar and Parmesan cheese, and egg white spinach and herb, which features black pepper, parsley, chives, basil, onion and garlic. The rolls may be stuffed with ingredients or rolled up and eaten plain.

“We heard our consumers loud and clear, and we are giving them products that deliver on their needs,” said Thyme Hill, chief marketing officer for Bob Evans Farms. “Our consumers want the comfort of a weekend breakfast in a convenient, fast, and delicious weekday form.”

Bob Evans Egg Bites are made with cage-free eggs and a blend of cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and Monterey jack cheese. Containing 15 to 17 grams of protein per two-bite serving, the bites come in three varieties: bacon and cheese, sausage and cheese, and three cheese. The bites are ready to heat and eat in a microwavable tray.

“In only one minute, breakfast lovers have the convenient, protein-packed wholesome breakfast they are craving during the weekdays,” Hill said. “We know that grocery shoppers are looking for fresh, flavorful, interesting items that won't complicate their day. These products are the perfect way for retail grocers to attract motivated shoppers to the refrigerated aisle.”
