KANSAS CITY, MO. —Restaurants are debuting some new items as summer approaches.
Popeyes' new Buffalo Ranch Tenders feature the chain’s crispy-fried chicken tenders drizzled with a new buffalo ranch sauce and served with buttermilk ranch sauce for dipping.
Topped fries and burgers collide in the new Loaded Cheese Fry Burger from TGI Fridays. The hefty handheld features a burger patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles, bacon-cheese fries and poblano queso on a toasted bun. The burger is then skewered with a loaded potato skin.
Smashburger is unveiling its Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger, one of its “most premium burger offerings ever introduced,” the chain said. The burger is made with a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with brisket smoked for 10 hours and layered with applewood smoked bacon, smoked cheddar, pickles and barbecue sauce served on a brioche bun.
