California, Missouri-based Burgers’ Smokehouse released a new video detailing its bacon production process.

The company emphasized using dry cured bacon and natural wood smokes the bacon without adding water. Burgers’ offers Country Bacon and City Bacons in multiple flavors along with Bacon Steak, Canadian Bacon, Ham Bacon and more.

“We try to deliver you a good, hearty slice of bacon that when you put it in the skillet it doesn’t shrink up,” the narrator states in the informational video. “You’ll have more meat on your plate at the end of the day after frying that up.”
