McCormick Place will host ProFood Tech in Chicago.
The three-day show will feature 6,000 processing professionals, more than 400 industry suppliers, 150,000 net sq. ft. of exhibit floor and 45 hours of educational programming.
ProFood Tech was developed with the input of an industry advisory council – featuring representatives from Tetra Pak, Delkor, Krones, Chr. Hansen, Serac, Azo, Harpak and Deville Technologies.
“The North American market has been underserved when it comes to food and beverage processing events,” said Chuck Yuska, CEO and president of Pack Expo producer PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies. “ProFood Tech brings the collective resources of three of the world’s top show producers – Pack Expo, Anuga and the International Dairy Foods Association – to ensure that is no longer the case.”
The conference costs $750 for the full conference and $325 for a one-day pass (prices will increase on site).
ProFood Tech will also offer attendees the chance to visit the Innovation Stage, which will feature 30-minute seminars by experts on the show floor throughout each day. The Innovation Stage sessions are free to all attendees.
Registration for ProFood Tech (trade show only) is $30 for a limited time. The price will increase to an on-site fee of $100. For more information, or to register, visit www.profoodtech.com.
