Meat snack innovation plays in the poultry and premium meat segments.
Land O’Frost, Inc. is expanding its Gone Rogue meat snacks brand with a new line of turkey bites. Made from all-natural turkey from American farms, Gone Rogue Turkey Bites are baked in small batches with a blend of spices and come in four flavors: sea salt and black pepper, Nashville Hot, maple brown sugar, and honey mustard. Each 1-oz serving contains 60 calories, 10 grams of protein, 1.5 grams of fat and 1 gram of carbs.
The sea salt and black pepper variety is seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
The Nashville Hot flavor features sea salt, paprika, ground red pepper, onion powder, ground mustard, cherry juice powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and chili powder.
The maple brown sugar offering contains maple syrup, brown sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, ground sage and ground ginger.
The honey mustard meat snacks are made with honey, sea salt, ground mustard, granulated garlic, white vinegar, granulated onion, turmeric, paprika, white pepper, nutmeg and coriander.

Veroni is rolling out a new snack line that combines charcuterie imported from Italy with Provolone cheese and Italian breadsticks or dried fruits. The snacks are packaged in 2-oz servings and come in four varieties: mild salami, Provolone and Italian breadsticks; Calabrese salami, Provolone and Italian breadsticks; mild salami, Provolone and dried cranberries; and mild salami, Provolone and dried apricots.
4505 Meats is debuting a new line of premium sausage snacks called 4505 Butcher’s Snacks. Made with 2 oz of humanely raised pork, the keto-certified, paleo-friendly and gluten-free meat sticks contain 18 to 24 grams of protein and come in three varieties.
The Original Recipe meat snacks are made with caraway and thyme and inspired by Bratwurst.
The Cheddar & Bacon variety is studded with chunks of cheddar cheese and uncured bacon.
The Red Hot flavor features paprika, cayenne, coriander and yellow mustard.

Rich Products Corp. is introducing SeaPak Alaskan Salmon Burgers, made with wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon that is certified by the United Nations’ Responsible Fisheries Management program. The burgers are seasoned with garlic, lemon, onion, paprika, smoke and spices and contain 110 calories, 16 grams of protein and 5 grams of fat per patty.
Planterra Foods is expanding its portfolio of plant-based products with five new Ozo products in the frozen fresh categories.
The Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets are breaded, frozen and contain 14 grams of protein per serving.
The Plant-Based Chicken Patties are breaded, frozen and contain 12 grams of protein per 2.5-oz patty.
The Plant-Based Italian Style Meatballs are made with wheat gluten, textured pea protein, tomatoes and onions and contain 30% less saturated fat than traditional pork meatballs, the company said. Each serving of the frozen product contains 12 grams of protein.
The fresh Plant-Based Ground Turkey contains 22 grams of protein per serving.
The fresh Smokehouse Burger is made with textured pea protein and rice protein fermented by shiitake mycelia. Seasoned with rosemary and smoke flavor, each patty contains 19 grams of protein.
George’s, Inc. is rolling out Quick ‘N Eat flame-grilled, fully cooked burgers to the frozen foods aisle. The brand’s premium Angus beef patties come in 3-oz and 4-oz patty sizes alongside 3-oz turkey burgers. All three varieties are made with five to six ingredients and are ready in two minutes in the microwave or 10 minutes in the oven, grill or stovetop.
The 3-oz and 4-oz Angus beef burgers are made with beef, water, spices, salt and natural flavors. The 3-oz patties contain 220 calories, 18 grams of protein and 16 grams of fat each, while the 4-oz patties contain 290 calories, 24 grams of protein and 21 grams of fat each.
The turkey burgers blend turkey, salt, mustard, spices, garlic powder and natural flavors. Each patty contains 160 calories, 15 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat.

Blue Circle Foods, LLC is launching Atlantic Salmon Burgers, made with Norwegian salmon sustainably raised on family farms. The burgers are made with four ingredients: salmon, salt, white pepper and lemon. Each patty contains 220 calories, 19 grams of protein and 16 grams of fat.
