Keith Moore is managing editor of Baking & Snack magazine. Prior to joining Sosland Publishing Company in 2021, he was the managing editor for Microwave Journal, an engineering trade publication based just outside of Boston. He has a bachelor’s degree in English from Hartwick College and a master’s degree in English from the University of Oklahoma.
