Being landlocked and limited on space is a problem for plants that want to grow and make equipment enhancements. This was the case for New York-based KJ Poultry. In this MEAT+POULTRY Case Study, Editor Joel Crews talks to Meni Bruk, plant manager of KJ Poultry and Matt White, regional sales manager of Missouri-based Marlen.

KJ Poultry is one of the largest Kosher poultry processing companies in the country. Bruk’s can-do attitude and KJ’s partnership with Marlen allowed the company to add an entire new product line and expand its portfolio of poultry offerings.

“Knowing Meni, I realized when he says he’s going to do something, he’s going to find a way to make it happen,” White said.
