OTAY MESA, CALIF. – Jensen Meat Co., a co-packer of ground beef for foodservice and retail customers, announced Trisha Lavigne’s promotion to executive vice president.
“With 24 dedicated years at Jensen, Trisha’s contributions have fueled our growth, primarily through exceptional customer relationships,” the company said in a social media post. “Her commitment to excellence has earned her a well-deserved reputation.
In her new position, Lavigne will work to lead the growth team for Jensen and expand retail and foodservice. She will also drive corporate brand transformation to meet market demands and explore new sales opportunities and product innovation.
“Trisha’s appointment is a testament to her exceptional leadership,” Jensen said. “She’ll guide us into the next transformation phase.”
Jensen also promoted Anthony Crivello to the new position of vice president of operations.
“Anthony’s extraordinary 36-year journey with us has been marked by his invaluable contributions across production, production planning & scheduling, R&D, and new product launches,” the company said. “His impact has been pivotal in driving our company’s diversification and growth. Anthony’s unwavering commitment goes above and beyond, evident in his mentorship of new customers and his dedication to their success.”
In his new position, Crivello will focus on driving growth by streamlining R&D and onboarding to support the sales for Jensen. He will also focus on high-level production efficiencies that deal with automation and work with operational departments with leadership and guidance.
