HAMILTON, TEXAS – Pederson’s Natural Farms announced in March that it would be launching its new mild pickled sausage.

The product is made from high-quality pork and beef sourced from animals that are vegetarian-fed, raised humanely and GAP Animal Welfare certified. The company said that the animals are not given antibiotics and given space to roam as verified by a third-party audit.

“Our new pickled sausage is a healthy, delicious and convenient snack option for people on the go,” said Neil Dudley vice president of business development at Pederson’s Farms. “It’s perfect for hiking, biking, strength training, in a lunchbox or as an addition to your charcuterie board. It’s shelf-stable so you can take it with you wherever you go.”

Pederson’s Farms added that the product contains 6 grams of protein and 9 grams of fat per serving. It’s a gluten-free snack and does not contain artificial colors or red 40.

Pederson’s Natural Farms is an all-natural pork processor based in Hamilton, Texas.
