WARWICK, ENGLAND – Pilgrim’s Shared Services Ltd will provide cross-functional support to Moy Park, Pilgrim’s UK and Pilgrim’s Food Masters.

The new company plans to consolidate existing UK-based transactional and group functions into a single entity under an executive leadership team, drawn from UK- and US-based Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. businesses.

The three existing food businesses have a combined workforce of over 20,000 people across Europe. With the introduction of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, the company will add up to 60 new jobs.

Kirsty Wilkins, human resources and performance director, said, “These new roles will be across functional areas including finance, IT, procurement, legal, treasury and audit to support the future growth and development of our businesses.
