CHARLOTTE, N.C.— For a limited time, Bojangles’ Inc. is putting pork chops back on its all-day breakfast sandwich menus. The Pork Chop Griller Biscuit, which sold out at many Bojangles’ restaurants when it was introduced as a limited-time offering in 2017, includes a dry-rub seasoned pork chop, seared and served on a buttermilk biscuit.
“When we introduced the new Pork Chop Griller Biscuit recipe last year, customers loved it,” said Randy Poindexter, senior vice president of marketing for Bojangles’.
The breakfast sandwich is available at participating Bojangles’ restaurants, which includes about 766 locations across the Southeast. The publicly traded company was founded in 1977 and specializes in Southern-style food, including “made-from-scratch” biscuits and hand-breaded, bone-in chicken.
