For the fifth consecutive year, the Brazilian steakhouse is offering customers a variety of innovative bacon-centric items for dinner.
Corporate Chef Duda Goulart developed the recipes for this year's Bacon Fest which include Bacon-Wrapped Applewood Ham, Grilled Peppered Pork Belly, Pork Loin with Parmesan and Bacon. Several signature desserts also feature bacon.
Ivan Utrera, president and founder of Rodizio Grill, said the promotion makes the concept “more of a taste adventure,” because menus at Brazilian steakhouses are fairly standardized.
“Not only do you have those 15 different meats, but from time to time, we’ll offer something that’s very different that you can’t find anywhere else — and you don’t have to pay extra for it.”
Rodizio Grill first launched its Bacon Fest promotion a franchise location in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2013.
