ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. — This the past week, Creekstone Farms exported its first order of beef – approximately 48,000 lbs. – to Taiwan. According to The Associated Press, the shipment is the first since August 2009, when trade officials banned the company’s exports due to bones being discovered in one case of beef.

The company can now ship products slaughtered on or after Sept. 30.
