In her role as CMO, Herold will lead strategic marketing development and execution for retail, franchise and e-commerce segments. She also is in charge of developing the lunch and catering categories for the brand.

She also consulted for Intercontinental Hotels after leading strategic marketing for HoneyBaked Ham.
