The company's MenuQuest program offers culinary expertise to assist foodservice providers with menu innovation and culinary consultation. John Morrell launched the program during a special event held at Soldier Field in Chicago.
Five tasting stations at the launch event showed MenuQuest in action. Trends showcased at the event were flatbread, alcohol infusion, ethnic mash-up, PM flavors for breakfast and charcuterie inspiration, which featured an original recipe created by Chef Stephanie Izard. Chef Mike Wales developed menu and drink pairings.
