REDWOOD CITY, CALIF. — Impossible Foods has named Elaine Paik as its new chief financial officer and Emma Hutchens as its new chief people officer.

In her new role, Paik will oversee the company’s finance organization including financial planning and analysis, investor relations, controllership, tax, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions, the company said. Most recently, Paik was CFO at Juul Labs Inc., and previously vice president and corporate treasurer for Colgate-Palmolive Co. 

As CPO, Hutchens will oversee all people operations across talent acquisition, compensation and rewards, talent and leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion and strategic people initiatives. 

Hutchens was most recently chief human resources officer at Heaven Hill Brands and previously CPO at Stoli Group International.
