DETROIT — Growth at Little Caesars has prompted the company to promote two of its leaders, Paula Vissing and Ed Gleich.

Vissing, who was formerly the chief operating officer at Little Caesars, has been promoted to president of Little Caesars global retail. Vissing began her tenure with the company in 2011 as vice president of purchasing and quality assurance and later became senior vice president of international as well as chief operating officer.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky.

In her new role as president of Little Caesars global retail, she will oversee restaurants globally and will expand her knowledge in global marketing and global development.

Gleich was formerly the company’s chief innovation officer and will now assume the role of president of global services. In his new role, he will oversee United States and international supply chain, bakery operations, equipment, restaurant design evolution and automation and engineering. Gleich joined the company in 2011 as head of marketing.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Emporia State University.
