PRAIRIE DU SAC, WIS. — Fast-casual restaurant chain Culver’s announced a new addition to its menu for a limited time — the Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar Pub Burger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The sandwiches will be available nationwide from April 10 through June 11, or while supplies last.

“We’re always looking to give our guests more ways to enjoy new and exciting flavors, and the Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar does exactly that,” said Quinn Adkins, director of menu development at Culver’s. “We’re excited for guests not only to experience the smoky sauce that gives the sandwich its name, but to truly make it their own with their choice of beef or chicken.”

Offering versatility in how customers can order the Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar, Culver’s designed the sandwich to pair with either a fresh beef patty or a crispy chicken fillet. The sandwich is topped with a new sweet-and-smoky barbecue sauce, cheddar, onion rings, pickles and Culver’s signature mayo. The sandwich is served on a cheddar bun, featuring chunks of cheddar cheese throughout the dough.

Culver’s has over 900 restaurants across 26 states. The 38-year-old company prides itself on made-to-order food and small-town customer service.
