NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Meat industry leaders will converge in Nashville, Tennessee, March 2-4 for the Annual Meat Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. The annual event, sponsored by the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and FMI – The Food Industry Association, features the latest in meat-processing technology, hours of education sessions and the popular Product Tasting Reception.

“The Power of Meat 2020” will also be presented by Anne-Marie Roerink, of 210 Analytics during Day 1 of the conference. Roerink will discuss the improvements the meat retailing industry can make to remain front and center as consumers evolve in the way they cook and eat.
