SPRINGDALE, Ark. – Noelle O’Mara has been named chief marketing officer with Tyson Foods Inc. With a background that includes working in food marketing for 17 years, O’Mara joined Tyson in 2016, most recently working as general manager and senior vice president of the Jimmy Dean and Tyson brands.
Prior to working at Tyson, she held executive-level marketing positions for Kraft Heinz Co. She will report to Noel White, president and CEO and will focus on innovation and building the company’s brand as part of supporting its growth strategy.
“Noelle has a proven track record of building brands and high-performance teams, the kind that accelerate growth and lead to results,” said White.
Part of O’Mara’s responsibility will include oversight of Tyson’s insights and analytics activities as well as research and development, innovation and assessing marketing efforts.
“She’s focused on modernizing Tyson Foods’ existing brands while building the next generation of innovation,” said White.
