TUCKER, Ga. – Officials with the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) are accepting applications for its 30 under 30 Program, an education and training opportunity for young professionals to attend the 2019 conference free of charge.
The program was developed for professionals between the ages of 21 and 29 who work for companies involved in meat and poultry production and processing, or production of animal/poultry feed. Each selected applicant will receive a complimentary registration to IPPE, hotel accommodations for two nights, recognition during an awards breakfast and registration for one paid workshop during the event. The 2019 IPPE is scheduled for Feb. 12-14, 2019, in Atlanta.
Applicants must apply by Sept. 30 and be an active member of the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA), North American Meat Institute (NAMI) or US Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY).
No more than two applicants from a single member organization may be submitted.
A panel of industry professionals will review the applications, and notify the winners by Oct. 15, 2018.
