Specialty Foods Group Income Fund, a Toronto, Ontario-based open-ended limited purpose trust, indirectly holds an interest in SFG. In an announcement to shareholders, the Fund said SFG has stopped filing quarterly and annual financial statements in addition to management discussion about the company’s profile on SEDAR, the document filing system of the Ontario Securities Commission.
