DoorDash delivery personnel, called Dashers, use thermal bags to keep food hot or cold. There is also a limitation on the delivery radius from Wendy’s restaurants to guarantee food stays fresh and deliveries are efficient.

Wendy’s and DoorDash ran a pilot program in 135 restaurants in Columbus, Ohio, and Dallas earlier this year.
