The meal kit includes turkey and side dishes.
The Martha & Marley Spoon Thanksgiving box includes a whole 12- to 14-lb. free-range turkey supplied by New Jersey-based Goffle Road Free Range Poultry Farms. The kit also includes recipes and ingredients for other Thanksgiving dishes such as:
• Martha Stewart’s classic stuffing of fresh herbs and dried cherries;
• Big Martha’s Mashed Potatoes made with cream cheese;
• Green Beans with shallots and lemon;
• Roasted Root Vegetables with brown butter, herbs and almonds; and
• Spiced Apple Oat Crisp
The Thanksgiving Box serves up to 10 people. The meal kit is priced at $160 including the turkey. A sides-only box costs $100. The deadline to order is Nov. 15, and delivery is free.
