Jacky Lo has served as interm CFO and treasurer since June.
 
SHANGHAI – Jacky Lo was promoted to CFO of Yum China Holdings Inc. effective Sept. 1. Lo has worked as interim CFO and treasurer since June.

Lo joined Yum! Restaurants China, a division of Yum! Brands Inc. in August 2016 as vice president of finance. He has served as vice president, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since March 2017. Lo also served as vice president, finance of the company, a position he held from October 2016 to March 2017.

Lo worked for Ernst & Young for 15 years before joining Yum!. He most recently was partner and the deputy director in the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Center of Ernst & Young’s Professional Practice Group, specializing in US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), SEC reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements.

Lo is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Account
