Morgan Flatley has been name US CMO of McDonald's. 
 
OAK BROOK, Ill. – Fresh faces in McDonald’s USA’s leadership has followed the company’s announcement of serving fresh beef in its restaurants.

 

Morgan Flatley was named US CMO; Farhan Siddiqi was named Head of US Digital and Linda VanGosen is the company’s new Head of US Menu. The appointments are effective this month.

Before joining McDonald’s, Flatley was CMO of Global Nutrition at Pepsico. During her tenure with Pepsico, she served in various roles including CMO of Gatorade. In her new role at McDonald’s, Flatley will lead integrated marketing plans to drive growth for McDonald’s US business while expanding and enhancing partnerships with franchisees and suppliers.

Siddiqi previously served as Vice President of Global Digital Experience at McDonald’s. As Head of US Digital, Siddiqi also will be responsible for delivering and managing digital solutions for the US business with the goal of increasing customer engagement and driving sales growth through digital channels. Siddiqi held numerous executive positions at Bank of America, Target, and GE prior to joining McDonalds in 2016.

VanGosen most recently served as Vice President at Starbucks where she led the overall vision and strategic growth plans for Starbucks Evenings. Her other executive roles include Vice President of Brand Strategy, Insights and Menu Innovation at TGI Friday’s and Vice President of Product Innovation at Chili’s Grill & Bar.
