Chicken Salad Chick is expanding in Tennessee.
 

AUBURN, Ala. – Chicken Salad Chick announced it will expand its southern inspired fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept in Tennessee with a fourth location. The new Hendersonville location will open at 217 Indian Lake Blvd. on Jan. 9, 2017 and offer giveaways and specials during its opening week.

“To kick off the start of 2017, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our second Nashville-area restaurant as we continue to grow the Chicken Salad Chick brand across the Southeast,” Scott Deviney, COO of Chicken Salad Chick said in a statement. “We look forward to further propelling our brand's presence in Tennessee and are eager to serve the vibrant, thriving community of Hendersonville with our custom-fit chicken salad experience and southern hospitality.”

Stacy Brown founded Chicken Salad Chick in 2008 after the local health dept. ordered her to stop selling product out of her home kitchen. She and fellow founder, Kevin Brown launched the first take-out restaurant which grew to over 60 restaurants across the Southeast.
