VINA, CALIF. – Lori Carrion has been promoted to chief operating officer and Wayne Langston was appointed vice president of production, at Panorama Meats Inc., a producer of organic grass-fed beef.

Formerly Panorama’s vice president of sales, Ms. Carrion will manage the sales, distribution, quality assurance and production departments at Panorama. She will also ensure the company is in compliance with its organic program. In his expanded role, Mr. Langston will manage the recruiting of ranchers for the Panorama Organic Grass-Fed Beef program and oversee rancher compliance with Panorama’s cattle-raising protocols.


Panorama Organic Grass-Fed Beef is produced by a group of family ranchers in Northern California, Southern Washington, Southern Oregon and Wyoming. It is sold through Whole Foods stores in Northern California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, Kansas, New Mexico and Colorado and through other independent retail grocers.

Last May, Panorama began working with Arapaho Ranch, the nation's largest certified organic cattle operation, located on Wyoming’s Wind River Indian Reservation, to supply Panorama Organic Grass-Fed Beef to 28 Whole Foods Market stores in the Rocky Mountain region.
