KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Multivac recently announced that Mark Turnham was named the company’s technical training manager. In this role, Turnham will lead the company’s training program for the entire United States.

Turnham brings 25 years of diverse industry experience in manufacturing operations to the role. He most recently served as regional service manager for the company’s customer support center in Tustin, California. Turnham worked closely with technicians to build their skillsets, and he also led the creation of customer training courses to supplement Multivac’s training department capacity and cater to the Western Region’s specific customer profile.
“Having worked directly with our internal technical talent and Multivac customers, Mark brings valuable insight to this role in terms of understanding the breadth and depth of technical skills needed to build, operate, and service our equipment, Christine Regan, human resources director, said in a statement. “He has a real enthusiasm for mentoring and developing talent and is keenly aware of our responsibility to meet both internal and external training needs for the success of Multivac and our customers.
