Slim Jim releases three flavors of Premium Smoked Sticks.

CHICAGO —  Slim Jim is trying to appeal to consumers with more premium tastes with its latest Premium Smoked Sticks. The new snack sticks from Conagra Brands Inc. feature cuts of 100 percent grass-fed beef or 100 percent premium pork with contemporary flavors. All the meat is raised without hormones, and each serving contains at least 10 grams of protein.

"For many Slim Jim fans, as they leave their teenage years, taste preferences change," said Adam Beane, senior brand manager, Slim Jim. "We're addressing this opportunity by introducing new Slim Jim Premium Smoked Sticks – a premium meat snack with the advantages of both sticks and jerky.”

The debut of Slim Jim Premium Smoked Sticks includes three flavors: Smokehouse Original, Thai Style Chili and Memphis Style BBQ.

Slim Jim Premium Smoked Sticks are cooked for more than 14 hours and seasoned with herbs, spices, and peppers.

The new Premium Smoked Sticks debut this month and will be available at convenience stores and retailers nationwide.

If the sticks do not have the Slim Jim seasoning incorporated within the product, these items won't sell.
