Founded in 1993, Viers Industries Inc. started as a repair company focused on thermal processors and intensive chillers. Years spent in and out of plants, solving problems and improving on-the-market equipment, launched the idea of a new standard in cooking/chilling equipment. The problem was clear: current options for industrial ovens and intensive chillers didn’t work, and the industry needed a better solution.
By working together with processing facilities and listening to our customers, we built a company aimed on designing and fabricating custom food processing machines dedicated to improving standard airflow efficiency and lifetime equipment durability. 25 years later, Viers equipment is still recognized for increasing yields, reducing cook/chill time, and maximizing your production.
