INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Pork is collaborating with Hardee's restaurants in Indianapolis and Terre Haute to promote the Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit. The product features a breaded boneless pork chop that is smothered in sausage gravy on a made-from-scratch biscuit.

Indiana Pork is offering prizes to the Hardees general manager whose unit sells the most breakfast combo meals featuring the pork chop biscuit. Indiana Pork will be featured on radio promotions statewide, and the organization's logo is included on restaurant signs.

"Hardee's is proud to partner with Indiana Pork to increase sales of our delicious Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit, and to do our part to promote consumption of this valuable Hoosier heartland commodity," said Steve Miller, Hardee's Field Marketing manager.
