SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Harvest Meat Company, Inc. acquired some Randall Farms distribution assets from Randall Foods, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Harvest will start operating Randall's distribution center in Los Angeles. Harvest already has 11 distribution centers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon and Utah.

Randall Foods will continue processing and marketing its value-added fresh meat products such as the Moist & Tender Chicken, Easy Does It Meal tray packs, marinated meat products and other products. Randall Farms poultry, pork and beef processor and distributor. Its customer base includes retail food outlets and foodservice operators in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. The company markets more than 500 different beef, chicken, and pork products under the Randall Farms brand name.
