The product comes in three slice thicknesses, and complements the company’s line of raw and fully cooked bacon products such as Deep Applewood Smoked Center Cut Bacon, Hardwood Smoked Honey Cured Bacon and Hardwood Smoked Sugar Cured Bacon.

The bacon is available in 15-lb. foodservice cases that are gas-flushed packaged for extended storage and shelf-life. Daily’s plans to offer retail stack packs of Cherry Applewood Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon in 2014.
