WINSTON COUNTY, Ala. – Hackleburg resident Charles William Heavner Jr., 43, was sentenced to five years in prison for setting fire to a Marshall Durbin field operations office last Dec. 4, reports AL.com. US District Judge Scott Coogler also ruled Heavner must pay the poultry company $500 in restitution and remain on supervised release for three years once released from prison.

During Heavner's plea agreement, it was revealed the reason the fire was started was because Heavner was angry that Marshall Durbin did not provide baby chicks for him to raise because of maintenance problems with the chicken-housing facilities on his farm.
