DECATUR, Ill. – Archer Daniels Midland company (ADM) announced Brad Fenton as president of ADM Animal Nutrition and Joseph Taets as vice president and president of the company's Agricultural Services business.

ADM Animal Nutrition will combine ADM’s specialty feed business with ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ADM and a leading producer of livestock feed ingredients. ADM Animal Nutrition supplies the livestock and aquaculture industries with amino acid-based feed ingredients, according to the company.


Fenton will oversee ADM’s specialty and value-added feed business. He previously served as president of European operations. He joined ADM in 1992.

Fenton has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and agricultural economics from the Univ. of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He is a board member of ADM Hamburg AG and FEDIOL, the federation representing the European vegetable oil and protein meal industry in Europe.

Taets will oversee the commercial activities and operations of ADM's agricultural origination and transportation network. He has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State Univ. and an MBA from Drake Univ. in Des Moines, Iowa. He represents the on boards in Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Holland, Mexico, Panama and Switzerland.
