FRESNO, Calif. – Pitman Farms added 25,000 sq. ft. to it chicken- processing plant, and there are plans to add news buildings and solar panels, according to local news reports.

In addition to the extra square footage in the processing plant, the company will add two new buildings with a combined 14,000 sq. ft. and new solar panels. The new buildings are valued at $500,000, according to news reports.


Pitman Farms owns poultry ranches in Tulare and Fresno counties. The company specializes in organic turkey, chicken and duck.
