NEW YORK – Jack’s Gourmet will release the company’s kosher Sweet Italian Sausages in Costco stores throughout the Northeastern United States.

Jack's Gourmet is launching a contest on its Facebook page to celebrate its distribution deal with Costco. Contestants will have a chance to win a free gift basket of the company's most popular sausages and deli meats valued at $85.

“We're excited to bring a double package of our Sweet Italian Sausage to Costco stores because this means that members can enjoy our top selling sausage at great savings,” said Jack Silberstein, co-founder and CEO of Jack's Gourmet. “Stop by one of the Costco's Northeast locations to take advantage of this great deal or visit your local market for our full selection of deli meats and sausages.”

The kosher sausages are made with premium quality beef and fresh whole spices. The products are certified kosher under the supervision of the OU, the Vaad Hakashrus of Flatbush, NY, and the Chicago Rabbinical Council.

Jack's Gourmet also plans to extend its line of deli meats and sausages with the release of three new products. The first is the Facon burger, made from the same meat used in Facon — a beef bacon that provides the most convincing substitute to pork, according to the company. The other two new products are frozen Sweet Italian Sausage Patties and frozen Chorizo Sausage Patties.
