AUSTIN, Minn. – Richard Bross and Ronald Fielding are retiring from their executive positions with Hormel Foods Corp. James Snee and Fred Halvin will replace the executives respectively.

Bross has most recently been group vice president of Hormel Foods and president of Hormel Foods International Corp. and joined the company in 1973. Snee, who has been with Hormel since 1989, will succeed him in this position on Oct. 29. Snee was most recently vice president of Hormel Foods and senior vice president of Hormel Foods International Corp.

Fielding has most recently been executive vice president of corporate strategy, planning and development, and joined the company in 1994. Halvin will take responsibility for corporate development in the position of vice president of corporate development starting Oct. 29. Halvin joined the company in 1985 and was most recently director of corporate development.
