CONWAY, Ark. – Data from iPads, PLC’s scales and wireless sensors can be combined into a single repository, and Cat2 is going to show attendees how it’s done during a Meat Tech Educational May 2 educational session at the AMI International Convention & Exposition, held in Dallas, Texas.

Cat2, a company that specializes in software solutions for the food industry, will demonstrate how data repositories can be monitored against customer specific criteria to create Real-Time alerts for HACCP alerts, quality and yield trends and analysis, and downtime. This information can be made available to specific audiences via dashboards, from the line personnel executing the process up executive-level decision makers.

The session is called “State of the Art Plant Floor Data Collection,” and will be held May 2 at 1:30 p.m.
