MIAMI – Burger King Worldwide, Inc. announced it has expanded its BK Delivers program to Houston, Texas. The company expects to have at least nine participating restaurants by year’s end. Delivery areas will include the Houston metropolitan area including both Harris and Fort Bend counties.

“We are thrilled to expand the BK Delivers test to Texas’ largest city,” said Alex Macedo, senior vice president and general manager of US franchise business for Burger King Worldwide. “Our goal has always been to provide excellent service and great tasting food to our guests. After seeing the success this program has experienced with residents in Miami and in the Washington, DC area, we are excited to bring this convenience to Houston.”

The BK Delivers service is currently available in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Washington, DC, and internationally in Turkey, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Brazil. A minimum order of $10 is required.
