SPRINGDALE, Ark. – Tyson Foods announced on Jan. 3 the company's participation in the “30 Days, 30 Ways, 30 Rewards” program, in partnership with Lisa Lillien, star of the Food Network/Cooking Channel show "Hungry Girl".

The program is designed for women who are looking to establish better habits in the New Year. It is based on the premise that it takes 30 days to establish a habit. Daily tips are posted on www.30days30ways30rewards.com, as well as low-calorie recipes and information on contests to win a health-themed prize, each day for 30 days.

Among the featured products are Tyson's Grilled & Ready Whole Breast Fillets, Chicken Breast Strips, Diced Chicken and Chicken Chunks. The company's Grilled & Ready Steak Strips are also offered as a quick and healthy meal solution.

“People feel pressured around the New Year to make drastic changes to their lifestyles, which aren’t always necessary. With a few small changes and smarter meal choices, it is possible to stay on track while still enjoying the foods you love,” said Alicia Mosley, product manager for Tyson Foods.
