GREELEY, Colo. – JBS has launched Swift Premium brand Diced Pork as an extension of its Swift Premium line. This product comes from super-trim cushion and is a flavorful, lean cut of meat, the company said.

This retail-ready product comes in a ¾-inch dice in a 1.75- to 2.25-lb. Multivac package. The foodservice product comes in either a ¾-inch or 1-inch dice and is bulk packaged in a 5-lb. Multivac package. This product has many recipe applications, such as Asian and Thai salads and stir fry, apricot and apple-glazed kabobs and Caribbean stew and can be added to soups, stews, fajitas, salads, kabobs, lettuce wraps, pasta and quesadillas.
