OWASSO, Okla. – National Steak and Poultry’s Steakhouse Certified line extension includes five new beef items for the center of the plate. Each item is packaged with one to four pieces per pouch.

These new beef items are part of the Steakhouse Certified brand that has been available for more than 10 years and is well established in the foodservice market place. The brand is known for a broad selection of sizes and cuts in various flavor profiles.


The USDA Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip comes in a variety of sizes and flavors. The new items include: VS88408, a 4-oz. Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor; VS88608, a 6-oz. Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor; VS88708, a 7-oz. Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor; VS88808, an 8-oz. Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor; and VS88508, a 5-oz. Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Black Peppercorn & Garlic Flavor.

These steaks are cut from USDA Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip and come with a Savory Beefy Aujus marinade or Black Pepper & Garlic marinade.
